Everything’s baked fresh to order. Local delivery runs on Saturdays — order by Thursday 5pm for that week (the date shown at checkout is yours). Collection and postal orders are baked fresh to order too — please allow a few days (up to a week when we’re busy), and we’ll have them ready or posted as soon as they’re baked. Posted orders go Royal Mail 24 Tracked.
Not tucking in straight away? Our cookies freeze brilliantly for up to 3 months — just defrost in the fridge for around 24 hours.

Pre-ordered during hot weather? We’ll bake and post it as soon as it’s cool enough to travel safely, and email you when it’s on the way. Changed your mind? You can cancel for a full refund any time before it ships.
