You’ll get a confirmation email with your receipt, and we’ll keep you posted as your cookies are baked, packed, and completed.
We bake in weekly batches: order by Thursday 11pm and we bake fresh over the weekend. Then it’s collection from Monday or posted Royal Mail 24 Tracked (arrives Tuesday/Wednesday) — the date shown at checkout is yours. Ordered after the Thursday cut-off? You’ve simply joined the next batch.
Not tucking in straight away? Our cookies freeze brilliantly for up to 3 months — just defrost in the fridge for around 24 hours.

Pre-ordered during hot weather? We’ll bake and post it as soon as it’s cool enough to travel safely, and email you when it’s on the way. Changed your mind? You can cancel for a full refund any time before it ships.
