Every cookie is baked fresh to order in small batches. Please allow at least 24 hours for your order to be baked. Because they're handmade, expect slight variation in size, shape, and finish between batches — that's what makes them special.

Hot weather: chocolate can soften or bloom in transit when it's warm. We pack with care but can't guarantee posted cookies against heat — in a heatwave we'd suggest local collection or delivery. We may pause postage during extreme heat.
