A note on our cookies Every cookie is baked fresh to order in small batches — please allow a few days, and up to a week when we're busy. Need them for a certain day? Add a requested delivery date at checkout (at least 3 days ahead) or drop us a message. Because they're handmade, expect slight variation in size, shape, and finish between batches — that's what makes them special.
Posted orders go by Royal Mail 24 Tracked once baked — usually 1–2 working days, though depending on collection timing it can occasionally take a day longer.
Keeping them: our cookies freeze brilliantly for up to 3 months. Defrost in the fridge for around 24 hours before serving.
Allergens: All cookies contain wheat (gluten), milk, eggs, and soya. Individual products may contain nuts, peanuts, or other allergens — check each listing for details. Made in a kitchen that handles all major allergens.

Hot weather: chocolate can soften or bloom in transit when it's warm. We pack with care but can't guarantee posted cookies against heat — in a heatwave we'd suggest local collection or delivery. We may pause postage during extreme heat.
